Rails Core Panel Discussion

Put all the boys in a room, sit them at a table and fire away with questions on all things Rails related.

The following video is taken from the closing session of RailsConf 2006 in Chicago.

Learn about standards and whether they’ll be included, who’s in charge of saying no to feature requests, debugging support, what’s planned for upcoming releases and whether these are are boxers, briefs or cowboy kind of guys.

    Great panel!

    Did Mike Clark do a presentation/speech? He’d be great to see a video of.

    I don’t think that guy on the far right of the panel said a word, other than his introduction.

    OSX , Flock. It also happens on the latest version of firefox (1.5.0.4 or something, im at work atm so i cant tell exactlly). Im guessing that its a mozilla thing because flock is built off the latest version of the mozilla/firefox codebase.

    I dont seem to run into the probelm on my windows PC at work though (same browser, flock).

    chris, also, the audio and video will be available as podcast subscription and quicktime download, a sweet, luscious 400mb file, playable on your video iPod, in the bathroom, on the subway…pretty much anywhere you want.
